BHAVA SHIPPING POLICY + TERMS

Order Fulfillment 

Since so many of our products are made fresh and by hand, orders are processed and shipped within 3 - 7 business days from the date the order & payment is received.​​ 

Shipping

All orders ship USPS Priority Mail to ensure the quickest & safest delivery.

  • We do not offer replacements for incorrect addresses or shipments shown as "delivered" in tracking update. Orders returned to us due to an incorrect address will be resent after your purchase of new postage.

Missing Mail is mail that has not been delivered by the expected delivery date. This applies to packages that are undelivered, lost, or late. If it has been lost, late or missing for 7 days or more, you can:

  • Go to Find Missing Mail for additional information.

  • Submit a Missing Mail search request at MissingMail.USPS.com. 

  • File a claim.

  • Visit your local Post Office™ location for assistance in filling out a Missing Mail request.

  • Call 1-800-275-8777 (1-800-ASK-USPS) to ask for the phone number for your local Consumer Affairs office regarding a Missing Mail request.


International Orders

Shipping Options
USPS First Class Mail - this is the most affordable method of shipping for your order, however we make no guarantee of how long it will take for your order to arrive. 
USPS Priority Mail - Your order will arrive within 6-10 business days from the date it is shipped.

You are responsible for all additional duties, customs fees and local handling charges incurred for the delivery of your package. For the most informative and accurate information, please contact your local Customs & Post Office.

Damaged Deliveries

Please inspect all merchandise upon arrival. 

  • If your products arrive damaged or broken, please contact us within 48 hours to report and discuss a store credit or replacement. Photographs of the damage are appreciated and help us to ship safer in the future.

  • If you've received an incorrect item, please contact us and we will happily send a replacement.

Refunds 
We are very serious about our ingredients + quality control system; therefore, we do not offer returns on opened items. If decided to return UNOPENED product, it must be returned within 7 business days from received and a store credit will be applied. We are confident in our products, and we recommend you reach out to us with any questions regarding ingredients to be sure you are ordering the best option for you!
