directions:

mix a 1/4 teaspoon amount with warm water onto the palm. Gently massage into skin an rinse. 

there are many wonderful ways of using this daily cleanser depending on your needs for that day. you can mix it with honey for a rejuvenating + detoxifying purpose or with avocado or your choice of milk or yogurt for some extra nourishment.
